Smartass-We offer free internet, provide the computers to browse the internet, maintain the computers that are used to browse the internet, and offer classes on how to use the computers that have internet access. However, we don't have an icon for the browser on our public PCs. This is a major problem. This means that at least 13 (what? it's a good number) "reference" questions are directly related to "my 'puters got not internets."
"Yes, there is no icon on the desktop, however this does not negate the existance of a browser on this computer. Please feel free to overcome your dumbassery and check the programs list."
